Abstract :
This study aims to determine how the dominance of the power founder can affect
changes in family company strategy, and how the next generation can influence
changes in family company strategy, by focusing on family companies in the city
of Palembang. The data used is primary data. The population in this study are all
family companies that are run by the next successor in the long term. Hypothesis
testing is done by t-test with the results stating that the power founder has no
effect on changes in company strategy, and the next generation has an effect on
changes in family company strategy.
