Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement on employee performance at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (PUSRI) Palembang. The population in this study were all employees at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (PUSRI) Palembang. The sample in this study is 60 respondents who have met the criteria that have been set by using the purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test research show that the employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (PUSRI) Palembang.
