Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of the liquidity ratio as measured by the current ratio (CR), the solvency ratio as measured by the debt ratio (DR), the activity ratio as measured by total asset turnover (TATO), and the profitability ratio as measured by return on assets ( ROA) on the profit growth of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. This research is included in the type of associative causal using quantitative methods. The population in this study are all property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was the unit of analysis of the company's financial statements with the purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial ratio figures obtained from the annual financial statements of property and real estate companies obtained by downloading the annual financial reports on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id).
