Abstract :
This study aimed to determine the effect of liquidity, sales growth and gender diversity on financial distresss in property, real estate and construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2020 periods. The data used was secondary data. The population in this study was property, real estate and construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 180 samples. This research used signal theory. Hypothesis testing was done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained indicate that liquidity had a positive effect on financial distress, while sales growth and gender diversity had no effect on financial distress.
