Abstract :
Employee engagement and well-being in the workplace are two important factors that can influence employee turnover intensity, with the study showing that employee engagement and workplace well-being jointly influence turnover intentions in auditors. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the relationship between subjective well-being and turnover intentions in employees. This research was quantitative research using correlational approach techniques. The technique or sampling used was incidental sampling based on anyone who coincidentally met with the researcher. The data was collected using the Likert scale. The data obtained was analysed by quantitative methods with statistical techniques to simplify the data into a form that was easier to read and interpret. The results showed that the linearity test result of the table significance value of 0.126 was greater than 0.05, so there was a significant linear relationship between variable independent / Subjective well-being (X) with variable dependent / Intention turnover (Y). Employees with a working period of 5 years more, which was 28% seen from millennial respondents who said that their ideal time span to work in one place was 3-5 years. Every employee saw the positive place of work would affect the employee's daily life. Keywords: Subjective Well-Being, Intention turnover, Employee Engagement, Well-being.
