Abstract :
In this era, computerized technology is growing rapidly and automated computerized technology presents opportunities to complete work quickly, accurately and control electronic devices. The process of cement sacks out on cement company, it takes time and accuracy. Therefore, it needs a computerized system and automation. The sensor used is a tool shaped like indicator lights that have several functions, one of which is as a motion detector on the transversal cross section. By utilizing this function authors take final task titled "Design Build Automation Cement Sacks Out System Counter Using Visual Basic". The system is built using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as an application interface design and using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database. The final result obtained is displaying counts of cement sacks out automatically. Where the system is obtained from the counter be showed on the sensor module and data directly be stored to database, and the results of data calculations can be printed in a report.
