Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of decentralization, environmental uncertainty and internal control on managerial performance of SKPD in Palembang City. The data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study is SKPD in the city of Palembang. The sampling technique used is the Convenience Sampling method and obtained 30 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by using the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that decentralization has no effect on managerial performance, environmental uncertainty has no effect on managerial performance and internal control has no effect on managerial performance.
