Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of workload on turnover intention of employees in the marketing department of banking in the city of Palembang. The population in this study are all people who work in the marketing department of banking in the city of Palembang. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The sampling criteria are conventional bank employees (not sharia) in the marketing department who have worked for at least 1 year. The sample in this study amounted to 69 people consisting of several banking marketing employees in the city of Palembang. From the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of employees in the marketing department of banking in the city of Palembang. Therefore, the higher the workload received by banking marketing employees, the higher the turnover intention. Keywords: Workload, Turnover Intention, Marketing Perbankan.
