Abstract :
This study aims to describe the ability to apply the spelling of sixth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Sukaramah. The writings produced by students have the theme of Entrepreneurship. This type of research uses a qualitative. The population in this study amounted to 25 students with a sample of 16 students. The data collection technique used was a writing test. The students writing results were assessed by researchers and validators. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that for the use of capital letters at the beginning of the sentence, as many as 62.5% get a score of 0 - 50 as many as 10 students and as many as 37.5% who get a score of 66 - 100 as many as 6 students. As for the use of punctuation marks at the end of the sentence, 50% got a score of 16 - 50 as many as 8 students and as many as 50% who got a score of 66 - 100 as many as 8 students.
