Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and job satisfaction on the performance of salesman employees in the city of Palembang. The population in this study were all millennial generation in the city of Palembang. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who have met the criteria that have been set by using the purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of millennial generation employees in the city of Palembang. And the employee performance variable can be explained by the Work-life balance variable and the job satisfaction variable. so that there is a simultaneous influence of work-life balance and job satisfaction on the performance of millennial generation employees in the city of Palembang.
