Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and media disclosure of the corporate social responsibility disclosure. The population in this study is a basic industrial manufacturing and chemical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of the years 2011-2012. The sample set using purposive sampling method. The study sample was obtained by 25 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS. Before performing
regression testing first tested the classical assumption of, normality test, multicollinearity, autocorrelation test, and test heterokedastisitas. Multiple regression analysis performed by t test. Partial test results indicate that firm size affects the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, rejected. While disclosure of media influence on Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility, accepted.
