Abstract :
This study aims to analyze of factors that effect the firm value in manufacturing companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010 ? 2012. The population in this study is all of the companies listed on ISE which samples are manufacturing companies listed on ISE. Samples are determined by using purposive sampling method and 17 manufacturing companies has selected to be samples in this study. Testing hypothesis is using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 22. The test results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that managerial ownership proved possitive to effect firm value, not supported. The second hypothesis (H2) which states that institutional ownership proved possitive to effect firm value, not supported. The third hypothesis (H3) which states that devidend policy proved possitive to effect firm value,supported. The fourth hypothesis (H4) which states that debt policy proved negative to effect firm value, not supported. The fifth hypothesis (H5) which states that profitability proved possitive to effect firm value, supported. The sixth hypothesis (H6) which states that IOS proved possitive to effect firm value, supported.
