Abstract :
Security system that already applied in some area or rooms still have conventional characteristic where people has characteristic as a subject to operate it. That process is not the efficient ones if it stilldoes by human. For example, in a building that has some rooms, to maximize the security, it needs some people to patrol in every room. This system is not the efficient one, either from time aspect or budget. To make that system more efficient, the system needs to use a device in every single room. It will be drawn systematically by the following sentence; in every sensitive room has device with system that work by input from webcam camera that matching pixels percentage between past picture and present picture. When camera sensor detectsthere is a motion, the device will give information to people who has responsibility for that room by SMS information and recorded video. The advantage of this system is if the security people careless with security can be solved by using this system by sending SMS. The output of this system is a program that can detect motion object with an object that has motion that not really fast.
