Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the user's readiness for the successful implementation of the academic portal in the information technology and communication system office. This study uses a combined model of DeLone & McLean and the Technology Readiness Index (TRI 2.0) which was developed by Aang Subiyakto in 2017. The population of this research is active students at Musi Charitas Catholic University. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. This type of research is quantitative structured. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and the data collection method is the distribution of questionnaires. The variables in this study were independent and dependent. The factors that influence the use of academic portals and are the result of this research are those in the input dimensions are optimism and innovation. The dimensions of the process in the developed system are information quality, system quality and service quality. Meanwhile, the process dimension in the system used is user satisfaction and the output dimension that is successfully integrated is a successful information system.
