Abstract :
This study aims to examine the impact of Information Technology and Interdependence to the Characteristic of imanagerial accounting information. The population of this study were Bank Companies in Palembeng. Sample determined by using purposive sampling method. The samples obtained were asmuch 12 companies. Testing hypothesis using multiple regression analysis method with help of R Statistic. Th e result showed that the first hypothesis (Ha1) which states that Information technology effect on characteristic of managerial accounting information. The second hypothesis (Ha2) wich states that Interdependence effect on characteristic of managerial accounting information.
