Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to determine the empirical evidence on the influence Total Quality Management and Broadscope Information to Managerial Performance of private university in Palembang. The population for this research is the head of study programs and the secretary of study programs on private university at Palembang. This research technically was use purposive sampling with sampel was the head of study programs and the secretary of study programs on private university at Palembang who take experience for more than one year. In this research also use data to help them to do research. Data that was used in this research in primary information with the diffusion tech of questionnaire. Sampel in this research is only 30 university that was 8 universities and 22 colleges. This research was use double analyst regression with SPSS 17. The result of this experiment that explained for the first hypothesis (H1) was Total Quality Management was influenced to Managerial Performance, accepted. And the second hypothesis (H2) that explained Broadscope Information was influenced to Managerial Performance, accepted. Keywords: Total Quality Management, Information Broadscope, Managerial Performance.
