Abstract :
This study aimed to examine the effect of performance measurement systems,
reward systems, and motivation to work on managerial performance. The
population in this study is a banking company in the city of Palembang and
samples of this study are all managers in the banking company in the city of
Palembang. Determination of samples was done by using purposive sampling
method, resulting in the can total sample of 59 people. The analytical method used
in this study is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test used was t test
with SPSS Statistics 17. The results of this study show that (1) the performance
measurement system has no effect on managerial performance, (2) does not affect
the reward system on managerial performance, and (3) working motivation
influence on managerial performance.
