Abstract :
In the world of business use of information technology nowadays has become an absolute necessity. The use of advanced information technology is sometimes not supported by a good performance monitoring and evaluation system of the company. With the information technology that has been applied, then there needs assessment is the extent to which the maturity level of information technology management in the PT. Jaya Masawan Putra Sejahtera using the facilities (tools) that are commonly applied. This study uses a methodology developed frameworks COBIT IT Governance Institute (ITGI) based in the United States for control and auditing of information technology with a focus on the domain of "monitoring and evaluate (ME)". Data collection method used was a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of the level of maturity and gap analysis. Applications that are used to assist in the calculation of the study was SPSS 17.0. Results of the study showed that the average level of functional maturity in PT. Jaya Putra Masawan Sejahtera is good that is the category scale 3 (defined) until 4 (Managed and measurable).
