Abstract :
Lifestyle of the modern Indonesian society and the needs of a large community of home entertainment will trigger the community to find the solution by presenting a sophisticated electronic devices like Mini Compo in their homes. After having the Mini Compo, a lot of owners who do wrong usage or lack of care. As an electronic device, Mini Compo certainly not spared from damage. This poses a problem for the owners of Mini Compo. As the development of information technology today, information technology is the so-called expert systems be used to help provide a solution when there is damage to the mini compo with the help of the computer based on the symptoms and damage. The software was created in order to make inferences using advanced reasoning and methods of software development waterfall model. With the existence of this expert system, it is expected that the system is able to provide a conclusion in the form of the solution of problems that occur in the device Mini Compo.
