Abstract :
This research aims to prove the existence of a moderating role of Technology Information and Business Strategy that effect the relationship of Characteristic Information Management Accounting System on Managerial Performance. Population in this research is hotel manager in Palembang. The sample of the research is 50 respondents. Hypothesis testing using moderate regression analysis (MRA) method with SPSS version 20. The result of moderating regression testing show that information technology and business strategy does not moderate this relationship between characteristics information management accounting system to managerial performance.
