Abstract :
This research aims to determine the effect of independence, professional skill, and work experience in supervisory performance of cooperative at the Palembang city. The population in this research is employee cooperative based on Palembang. This research used convinience sampling technique in the selection of samples and obtained sample research as many as 62 employee cooperative. The respondents from this research was a supervisor from the employee cooperative based on Palembang city. This research was conducted by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that independence and professional skill had a effect on supervisory performance of cooperative, while work experience had no effect on supervisory performance of cooperative.
