Abstract :
The selection of majority in college life is one of the things that are important to determine the success of our future. However, many students find difficulties in determining their majority. Information technology can be used to overcome this problem, for example is using the Decision Support System, which is an interactive system that is able to provide assistance of decision-making to decision-makers. In this case, decision support system is built to provide recommendations of majority to student who uses it. The majority that known by this decision support system such as Architectural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Engineering, and Information System. The application is built based on concept of fuzzy logic which use Sugeno method of fuzzy inference system. In the construction of this system, FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) methodology is used, besides that, there is a PHP programming language and MySQL as its database. The results of this research can be used by prospective students to find the right majority for them.
