Abstract :
Effect of Good Corporate Governance of the company's financial performance in the registered in Sri Kehati Index 2011-2014 (Under the Guidance Y. Andri Putranto, S.E., M.Sc., Ak., CA,) This study was conducted to determine the "Effect of Good Corporate Governance of the financial performance of the companies listed in the Index Sri Kehati 2011-2014". Samples were selected by random sampling method, the number of selected samples there were 17 companies. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of descriptive statistics test, classic assumption test (normality test, test and test heterocedastity.), And hypothesis testing using simple regression equation. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, this study shows that managerial ownership can be seen from the percentage of ownership of the shares owned by the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors have a great grab in the advancement of companies, one of which can be measured by ROA.
