Abstract :
The research aims to analyze and prove the influence of internal control system, and reward system (financial reward and nonfinancial reward) to unit manager performance. The object of this research is Private Hospital in Palembang city. The sample in this research is 47 unit managers working in private hospital in Palembang city. The collection and sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The data used are primary data with survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regresin analysis using SPSS 16 program. The results showed that the management control system does not significantly influence the performance of managers. Keywords: management control system, managerial performance
