Abstract :
This research aims to determine the effect of security and privacy, complexity, and perceived usefulness againts behavioral intention for the e-filing usage in Palembang. Data used in this research is primary data by using questionaire. The population of this research are personal tax payers of KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir barat. This research used convenience sampling technique in the selection of samples and obtained sample research as many as 100 people. This research was conducted by using multiple linear regression. The result showed that security and privacy, and perceived usefulness significantly positive to behavioral intention for the e-filing usage . complexity did not significantly to behavioral intention for the e-filing usage.
