Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether the variables that exist in Good Corporate Government influence on voluntary disclosure. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2014-2016 as many as 140 companies. The sample selection was done by purposive sampling method, with the number of companies included in the criteria of 90 companies. The research sample is the company's annual report. The result of hypothesis test using t test and f test proves that the proportion of board of commissioner, company's age, company size does not affect Voluntary Diclosure. Kata kunci : Good Corporate Governance, Voluntary Disclosure, Annual Report.
