Abstract :
Technology has been rapidly grown, more and morealso need to increase the good system in order to do a transaction and data storage, which help in the information delivery. Senior high school Methodist 4 Talang Kelapa needs that system for its administration financial transaction, because the system is still using a manual system, and often result errors in transaction. The method of this sytem is a waterfall model which consistsof some system development phase. The First phase, analyze and define that system requirements, and find the problems and weakness of the old system by using the PIECES framework. The Second phase, design of system and new software by data flow diagram, ERD, and file specification. Third phase, testing and implementation system which have finished. The tools that used to build this system is Ms. Visual Basic. NET 2003 as an application program and MySQL as its database. The result of this analyze ara expected to help provision process financial administration information which are needed and give a short time in financial transaction process of Senior High School Methodist 4
