Abstract :
This study aims to examine whether the perception of eace and satisfaction of taxpayers affect the use of e-filing on KPP Pratama Ilir Timur Palembang. Population in this study are all taxpayers registered by private individuals using e-filing. The sample in the can is 100 individual taxpayers. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linier regression analysis method with SPSS version 17.00. Test results show that the first hypotesis is rejected, and the second hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion that can be be obtained is that ease of perception doaes not affect the use of e-filing while taxpayer?s satisfaction affect the use of e-filing. Key words: use perception of ease, taxpayer satisfaction, and e-filing usage.
