Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, solvency ratios, and the ratio of activity to financial distress. Population in this research is company that delisitng and company which lisitng at stock exchange indonesia. The sample is determined using purposive sampling method with certain criteria. The sample of the research was 17 delisitng companies and 17 licensed companies with a research period of 3 years. This research uses logistic regression test because dependent variable that counted with dummy. The results of this test shows the ratio of total assets turnover, net profit margin and return on total assets affect the condition of financial distress. As for other ratios such as current ratio, debt ratio, debt to equity ratio, inventory turnover and return on total equity shows the results do not affect the condition of financial distress.
