Abstract :
Yuni, Effects of Management Control SystemToward Managerial Performance ( Under the guidance of Mrs. Delfi Panjaitan,S.E.,M.Sc.,Ak.,BKP.,CA. ) This research aims to examine the Effects of Management Control System Toward Managerial Performance. This research project was conducted for restaurant managers and be located in Palembang shopping malls.Data collected in this research is primary data and collected through questionnaires survey. Processing the returned data and can be processed as much as 46 questionnaires.Analysing data using SPSS(Statistical Package For Social Science)version 22.00.Analysis model to testing the hypothesis is multiple linear regression.These results indicate that the system of management control systeminfluence on managerial performance.
