Abstract :
This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and price earning ratio on dividend policy. The population in this study is a LQ45 company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2014. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method in order to obtain the 14 companies that meet the criteria. The data analysis technique used in multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17. The results showed that the profitability effect on dividend policy, while liquidity, leverage, and price earning ratio does not effect the dividend policy.
