Abstract :
The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of related diversification and unrelated diversification of capital structure. The population is sector property, real estate, and construction companies that listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2008-2015. The samples are chosen by purposive sampling method. There are 20 sample companies that obtain the research criteria. Data analysis technique in this study uses SPSS version 21. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linier regression analysis. The result shows that: (1) Related diversification does not affect on capital structure and (2) Unrelated diversification positively affects on capital structure.
