Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, growth, firm size, and profitability on firm value in manufacturing companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) period 2012-2015. The population in this study were all companies manufacturing base and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 until 2015. The samples obtained are as many as 43 companies . The test results showed that the first hypothesis which states that the capital structure not positive effect to firm value, was rejected. The second hypothesis showed that the company's growth is not positive effect to firm value of the company , was rejected . The third hypothesis showed that the size of the company is not affect to firm value, was rejected . The fourth hypothesis showed that the profitability of the company's positive effect to firm value, accepted . Keywords: capital structure, growth, firm size, profitabilitas, and firm value.
