Abstract :
This research discusses the analysis of the influence of gender diversity, institutional ownership, and the size of the company's financial performance. The population in this study is a manufacturing company as an issuer listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Sampling was done by purposive sampling method, where the company sampled based on certain criteria. The research sample obtained by 65 companies. The goal of this research is to prove that gender diversity, institutional ownership, and firm size have an impact on financial performance. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using T test in a simple linear regression model, the significance value for institutional ownership 0.014 < 0.05. This shows that Ha is accepted, the institutional ownership positively affects financial performance. While the value of significance to gender commissioners 0.587 > 0.05 and gender of the board of directors 0.263 > 0.05 and the size of the company's 0.140 > 0.05. This shows that H0 is accepted, namely gender commissioners, gender board of directors, and the size of the company does not have positive influence on the financial performance.
