Abstract :
This research aims to test the effect of earning management to stock return before and after right issue. Population in this research is all the company who decide to do right issue in 2011-2013. There are 56 companies which selected by purposive sampling. This research uses SPSS version 21 as statistic analyzed software. The method is linear regression analysis. The conclusion shows that: (1)Earning management doesn?t effect to stock return before right issue, (2)earning management doesn?t effect to stock return after right issue.
