Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and good corporate governance on banking corporate performance as dependent variable. Independent variables used in this study is the intellectual capital, managerial ownership, institutional ownership and the proportion of independent board. This study using Value Added Intellectual Capital Coefficient (VAICTM) to measure the performance of intellectual capital. The samples were banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2015 period. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method and obtained 27 that is being sampled. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the positive effect of intellectual capital on firm performance, institutional ownership negatively affect the company's performance, while managerial ownership and the proportion of independent board no positive effect on the company's performance.
