Abstract :
This research aims to examine the effect of level bank?s health based on Bank Indonesia regulation number 13/I/PBI/2011, that is RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning dan Capital) to company?s value. The population in this research is the corporate banking listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for years 2012 until 2015, in which there are 123 companies. The sample is defined by purposive sampling technique to get a representative sample appropriate with the criteria defined. The sample obtained were as much 117 companies. There are seven variables used in this research, the company?s value (Tobin?s Q) as the dependent variable, NPL (Non Performing Loan), NOP (Net Open Position), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), GCG (Good Corporate Governance), ROA (Return On Asset), dan CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) as independent variables, and companies size (SIZE) as control variable. Hypothesis test used multiple linear regression analyzed. The test results showed that LDR, GCG, and ROA effected significantly to the company?s value, while the result of NPL, PDN, CAR, and control variabel (size) no effected significantly to the company?s value.
