Abstract :
Selfiah, The Influence of Agency Cost, Capital Structure, and TheSize of The Company?s Financial Performance (under the guidance of Kusmawati, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA.) This study aims to: (1) examine the effect of agency cost of financial performance, (2) test the effect of capital structure of financial performance, and (3) test the effect size of the company's financial performance. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2015. In this study, samples taken using purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted of 46 companies out of 139 companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques used in this study performed with SPSS version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) the agency cost no effect on the financial performance, (2) capital structure affect the financial performance, and (3) does not affect the size of the company's financial performance.
