Abstract :
This study aims to look at the effect of the company's financial performance mediation between good corporate governance on firm value. The population in this study is the companies included in the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI). Samples were selected using purposive sampling method. The samples used in this study were 23 companies with data used 48 observation data in 3 years. The method of analysis using regression analysis causal mediation step with SPSS version 21. The results showed that there is no mediation effect of the company's financial performance between good corporate governance on firm value.
