Abstract :
This study aims to see do PROPER may moderate the relationship between the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and investor reaction. The population in this study is a registered company in the Stock Exchange that follows PROPER years 2013-2015. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method with the number of samples used in this study as many as 25. Mechanical hypothesis testing using the Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS version 21. The results show that PROPER can not moderate the relationship between the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and the reaction of investors.
