Abstract :
The objective of this research is to examine the correlation betwen the influences of social desire participation with managerial performance as a social moderation in Palembang's Cooperation. The samples on this research are managers who work at some Cooperation in Palembang with purposive sampling method. We have 55 sampler from 67 Cooperation. The quesioners data tested by Regretion Analitycal Moderation and use SPSS Statistic 16 software. As the result is nothing correlation betwen the influences of social desires participation with managerial performance as a social moderation in Palembang's Cooperation.
