Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether the application of accounting affect the effectiveness of cost control at the shopping center in the city of Palembang. Samples are middle managers who work in the shopping center of Palembang by using purposive sampling technique . Samples were obtained as much as 52 managers of the 32 shopping centers . Data analysis using SPSS ver . 17.0 . The results showed that the application of accounting affect the effectiveness of cost control .
