Abstract :
The purpose of this research to examine the influence of ROE, EPS, Size, and FVA against stock price that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of the research is all manufacturing company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on period 2012 ? 2014. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method in order to obtained 98 companies which fulfill the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple analysis regression with SPSS version 16. The results show ROE, EPS, and Size have positive influence against stock price while FVA doesn?t have influence against stock price. Keywords: ROE, EPS, Size, FVA, and stock price.
