Abstract :
This study was conducted to determine the effect of Management Control System on managerial performance with Strategic Supply Relationship as a variable. This study uses Stakeholder Theory. The population in this study are all 2, 3, 4, and 5 star hotel managers in Palembang city. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling method. Samples obtained by 40 respondents middle level hotel managers. Hypothesis testing using regression analysis method of moderation with the help of SPSS ver.23. The results of this study indicate that Strategic Supply Relationship is not able to moderate the relationship between Management Control System and managerial performance.
