                Abstract :

                This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the 
performance of Maxim motor drivers in the city of Palembang. The data used is 
primary data. The population in this study is the Maxim motor driver in the city of 
Palembang. The sampling technique used is non-probalistic sampling with type of 
sample namly convenience sampling. And obtained 100 samples. Hypothesis testing 
is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that 
compensation and motivation have no effect on the performance of Maxim motor 
drivers in the city of Palembang.
