                Abstract :

                This research was conducted because there are still many studies that have mixed results. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence related to the effect of concentrated ownership and controlling ownership of ROA. The sample of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-2016 which was taken using purposive sampling method. By using purposive sampling method, a sample of 309 manufacturing companies was obtained. The data used in this study are complete financial statements. In research, it is proven that the concentration of ownership and ownership of the controlling effect on ROA.
