                Abstract :

                ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the influence of E-Service Quality and price on customer satisfaction at Netflix. The data used in this research are primary data. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased and used Netflix. The sampling selection method used was purposive sampling and 100 samples was obtained. The analytical tool used in this study was the multiple regression analysis. The results of this research showed that E-Service Quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, E-Service Quality and Price have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction.
