Abstract :
PT. The Gift of Nature Fresh (CASH) is a company engaged in food
processing and instant drinks, which have a number of permanent and contract
employees approximately 10,000 employees and domicile area Manyar region of
Gresik, field observation results obtained data from PT. Fresh Natural bounty for
initially hiring a permanent employee under contract komamdo company that
provides workforce. From the data for the calculation of a more optimal result the
new data collection from the company, then obtained the following criteria:
