Abstract :
The increasing number of population, increasing the need for housing. It made housing developers competing to offer products that can meet the needs of the community housing needs are so so many existing housing to make people have a lot of options in choosing a home, however, with the many options existing homes can also cause problems for home seekers, namely the difficulty in determining the selection criteria in accordance with what they want, because they have to look for that information in order to get home to their liking. One method that can be used for decision support system is to use the method of Brown Gibson. with tools using programming language PHP and uses MySQL for database systems. The recommendations that have the highest LPM value is the closest to the criteria desired by consumers. The recommendations of decision support systems house election shows the percentage of 80% matches from the solution of respondents in making decisions.
