Abstract :
The tourism sector is a major contribution to Gresik regency between the sources of other revenue. Utilization of technology to support the tourism sector is essential to the tourists easy to access information and learn the layout of the tourist attractions tourist attraction. But so far the use of information technology is still not optimal because gresik tourism sector still using a tour guide in introducing the tourism sector. So it is not easy for the tourists to get information on tourism, tourism location, and distance from the user's position is. Solving solution for this case is to create Android apps that introduce attractions in Gresik regency. With the support gps and internet features in Android it can create applications that can take advantage of both features, internet connections in use as downloaders view maps and gps coordinates as a determinant of the user is located. So much easier for travelers to get travel information and find tourist sites in Gresik regency. The success rate of testing that produced the system as a whole by 99% for users that can be deduced that in the system brought up has been running.
